Roger Federer Wins Record 15th Grand Slam Title

Roger Federer proved he is one of the best, if not the best by defeated Andy Roddick 5-7, 7-6(6), 7-6(5), 3-6, 16-14 in the final of 2009 Wimbledon to win a new record 15th Grand Slam titles. In an epic match that lasted over 4 hours, Roger Federer emerged as winner in a 5 set marathon that went 16-14 in the final set. This is Roger’s 15th Grand Slam title, 6th Wimbledon Title and with this win, he regained his No. 1 ranking.
