Telegraphs readers have voted Nadel’s epic defeat of Roger Federer in the 2008 Wimbledon’s men’s final as the sporting moment of the decade. In many cases these type of polls don’t really select the real winner but in the case I think they have the right result. Who can forget the epic seven hour battle which eventually saw Nadal’s power and poise finally got the better of Federer.
