England captain John Terry will meet England boss Fabio Capello on Friday but he has no plans to offer his resignation it has been reported. Terry’s spokesman Phil Hall insists the Chelsea defender, who has been accused of cheating on his wife Toni with England team-mate Wayne Bridge’s ex girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel, will do nothing dramatic before discussing the matter with Capello.

Capello, who is recovering from a knee operation, is planning to return to England and is expected to meet Terry on Friday.

“John Terry is keeping his own counsel until he speaks to England manager Fabio Capello and then Capello will decide what announcement will be made,” The Telegraph quoted Hall, as saying.
