I for one do not know how much this research has cost but I’m sure I could have saved them a lot of money by telling them this bloody years ago! The repost states that boozing does take its toll as it may take more than 60 hours to physically recover from.

Kenneth Graham, the chief scientists at the institute, has revealed that this suggestion is based on the findings of a study conducted at Massey University, New Zealand, and presented at the European College of Sports Science annual conference last year.

We have used this research report to calculate how long it will take Andrew Flintoff to recover and we have calculated that the drink he has comsumed will be effecting his performance until he is 87.
