Wolfie Martin Adams has let the cat out of the bag and come clean about the secret to his World darts glory. It is not a new training regime or even more hours practising doubles it is simply no sex.

“We have all watched the Rocky films – women weaken the legs,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.

“Like Rocky’s coach (Mickey Goldmill) said, if you want to be a champion, you’ve got to stay focused and you can’t have any distractions – not even one in the shape of the lovely Mrs Adams,” he added.
